Please complete the online check-in form sent to you by email when your reservation was confirmed through the relevant booking platform. Once the online check-in process is complete, our system will automatically send all check-in details, including your one-time access code and detailed arrival instructions, at 15:00 on your arrival day.
Can I check in early? Explore Upgrades
Subject to availability, guests may purchase our Early Check-In Service, which allows priority access between 12:30 and 13:30. To make early check-in possible, we engage an external housekeeping team on an expedited basis to prepare the property as quickly as possible before your arrival. As availability depends on the departure time of previous guests and the time required to thoroughly prepare the apartment, early check-in cannot be guaranteed unless this service has been purchased and confirmed in advance.
Can I arrive late at night?
Yes. Self-check-in allows you to arrive at any time after 15:00 on your arrival day. Once your access code has been issued, you may enter the property independently 24 hours a day until 11:00 on your departure day, according to your reservation.
What documents are required before check-in?
Guests are required to provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID card or passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement under Romanian tourism regulations. All accommodation providers in Romania are required to register guest information through the official tourist registration process (Fișa de anunțare a sosirii și plecării turistului). Failure to provide the required identification may prevent completion of the check-in process. All personal information is processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
What should I do if I have not received my access code?
Please ensure that you have completed the online check-in form. If you have completed the form and still have not received your access details after 15:00 on your arrival day, contact us.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 11:00 on the day of departure.
What should I do with the keys at check-out?
Please leave the property key and chip on the main table inside the accommodation unit. Do not return the keys to the lockbox. Please ensure that the entrance door is fully closed when you leave - the door locks automatically.
What should I do before check-out?
Before leaving the property, please double-check all rooms, wardrobes, drawers, cabinets, and the bathroom for any personal belongings. Turn off all lights, air conditioning units, heating devices, and electrical appliances. Please place all used towels in the shower area, and if you have used the kitchen, please rinse and clean all dishes, utensils, and cookware.
What happens if I leave personal belongings behind?
Management is not responsible for items left behind after check-out. If personal belongings are found after check-out, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist; however, storage and shipping costs may apply.
Is parking available?
Public parking is available around the building. Depending on the specific area and local regulations, parking may be free of charge or subject to municipal parking fees. Guests should only use legal parking spaces and avoid marked, reserved, private, or restricted parking areas.
Do you offer private parking?

Is daily housekeeping included?
No. This is a non-serviced accommodation, and daily housekeeping is not included. At the beginning of your stay, the property is provided with fresh bed linen, clean towels, and a starter supply of toiletries and bathroom essentials.

Yes. We offer a private airport transfer service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service accommodates up to 4 passengers. One of our drivers will meet you at the airport arrivals area, assist you with your luggage, and take you directly to the property. Upon arrival, the driver can also assist you with locating the property and the self-check-in process if needed. For departing guests, we can arrange a private transfer from the apartment directly to the airport terminal, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free journey.
What information is required after booking an airport transfer?
Please provide your flight number, arrival date, and estimated landing time after completing your booking.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An electronic invoice is issued on the day of departure. The invoice is generated using the details provided when the reservation was made.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking is detected inside the property.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets and animals are not permitted inside the property or in any of the building’s common areas. Unauthorised animals may result in additional cleaning fees and/or cancellation of the reservation.
Are visitors allowed?
Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Unregistered visitors are not allowed to use the property without prior approval.
What are the quiet hours?
Please respect the neighbours and avoid excessive noise, especially during nighttime hours. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 06:00.
Should I lock the apartment when leaving?
Yes. Please ensure that the property door is securely locked whenever you leave. Management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left unattended inside the property or common areas.
What should I do if I accidentally cause damage?
Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged for any repair, replacement, or professional service required as a result of the damage.
Can I flush wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products?
No. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, sanitary products, or any items other than toilet paper. Additional plumbing service charges may apply if blockages occur.
How do I dispose of trash?
Please place all household waste in the designated trash bins provided by the building. Detailed disposal instructions can be found inside the property.
What happens if I lose the keys or lock them inside the property?
If assistance is required because keys have been lost, left inside the property, or the property needs to be opened by our staff, an emergency call-out fee may apply.
What happens if I violate the house rules?
By staying at the property, guests agree to comply with all house rules, regulations, and policies. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
